DOWNTOWN NEW PORT RICHEY

Central+Madison Townhomes are located in downtown New Port Richey, along quiet, tree lined Central Avenue. The townhomes offer all the convenience of a downtown location but are nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood. You can find all your daily needs in downtown, including a full service grocery store,  parks, gyms, and retail boutiques. There are a variety of restaurants, breweries, and nightlife options, ranging from casual to upscale. Downtown New Port Richey is a historic, walkable town and serves as the downtown for all of western Pasco County. Central+Madison Townhomes have a WalkScore of 77, which means you can accomplish most of your daily errands without ever having to get into your car. There is a huge, unmet demand for walkable urban living, and Central+Madison Townhomes will provide a few lucky residents the convenience of urban living in one of the few walkable areas of the Tampa Bay region.

New Port Richey was founded in 1924 and quickly grew into a vacation home for many of the era’s silent film stars. The town again rapidly grew in the 1950’s and 1960’s before experiencing a decline like many pre-war American cities. Today, the town is again on the upswing with several new residential living options, and new downtown businesses and restaurants. New Port Richey is at the terminus of the rapidly growing State Road 54 corridor, which provides easy access to the rest of the Tampa Bay region.

Pasco County is rapidly evolving from a bedroom community of Tampa Bay into an employment and economic center within the region. Companies such as Mettler Toledo, TRU Aerospace Simulation, and TouchPointe have established operations in Pasco County, with news that Raymond James Financial and Moffitt Cancer Center will be building new facilities in the area as well.  Downtown New Port Richey is just a short drive from these new employers.
